There are pieces **** game here, but they don't work together (and often undermine other elements). Performance issues and bugs aside, the game is hopelessly devoid of direction. The game is compromised and amateurish - it's actually a marvel how every element of the game can be flawed so thoroughly. This game blows its prequel out of the water. I guess that’s why I dont make video games because they did that x1000. I enjoyed the first game so much, I honestly worried about this one.

The supporting characters feel much more instrumental in driving the game forward. This game feels MUCH more alive than its predecessor.

They’ve give us a home base and people to occupy it (with reason for them to be there). Plenty of lore to flesh the given story out even more. The story isn’t anything too mind blowing but it isn’t too weak either. It reminds me of the way Metroid Prime made me feel. It feels like a Metroit game considering all the backtracking you inevitably will do and the sense of adventure that this game has is bar top tier. The way that they teach you new skills keeps you feeling powerful and as if you’re progressing as a character. The combat feels weighted, fluid and real. This is better than most star wars movies.
